Fairly good location good breakfast.. nice rooftop.Room was smaller than expected ... the area around felt like little Korea, with elevated prices for Korean tourist for basic stuff...

Friendly and helpful staff, nice boutique hotel in good location for restaurants and beach. Good buffet breakfast included.Very limited wardrobe space in all of the rooms.

Very comfortable beds, very clean, decent view, not on a busy street.It was sort of a bad start. I booked the hotel van to pick us up from the airport, and received a confirmation email with details and cost and even replied back letting them know exact flight time, number of people and the name the driver should put on the card, but there was no van to pick us up. We called and they said they did not receive a reply email confirming the reply email confirming the confirmation email (basically nonsense, but they pushed the blame on me). Not a big deal, and we had a great Grab driver that gave us his number and ended up driving us around to a few places at a fixed rate. The other confusion was that I asked for 2 rooms on the same floor and they gave us separate floors, saying they didn't have other rooms but meant they didn't have other rooms at that price and could have given us 2 rooms with one being less expensive. Lastly the bathroom is very nice, but to save space you have your knees and face touching the wall while sitting on the toilet and have to squeeze past it to get in the shower. Oh, the breakfast was not very good and we ended up eating out each day. No, one more thing. The echo in the space outside the elevators and rooms is so bad you can hear every sound as though it's in your room.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was great. An excellent deal for the $20 USD per night we paid.The floor inside and just outside the shower was extremely slippery.
