For a large operation their is improvement that can be easily done to make it a higher rating
We liked the view from our balcony, pool. The so called shower is terrible it needs to be addressed not convienent out of date. We had to ask for the green scum along side the pool to be cleaned and kudos they did it upon voicing our concern. The pool floor was cleaned as well a week later. Staff are willing to help and listen to feedback good bad or otherwise. I think the property in general needs updating.Breakfast has a variety of food however same same daily needs to be more simple, less variety. Food is warm not hot

A great place to spend any day.
I think one of the best things is the amazing breakfast. The people is another plus that you cannot get tired of, everyone smiling all the time gives you a better day already, everyone there was just giving you their best and I really appreciate that. I even got a problem with one dish, they provided me the solution as fast as possible. The cocktails were another big plus, a great price and amazing taste. The spa you must try, I do regret i didn't use it more than once. For sure I will come back.The price of the late checkout was way too expensive, I think they should provide better options when you need late checkout.
