Fine
If you are looking for a Da Nang beach (for us the Miami Beach of Vietnam) style hotel, the location is great and staff here is absolutely wonderful. Although the hotel tries to be 10/10, it is not the true luxury one might be looking for: food is not good, rooms can be cleaner and although only recently built, refurbishment and renewal of towels are due.The rooms could be cleaner. For instance, as the bathroom and bedroom are separated by a glass wall, one can lower a curtain in the bathroom for more privacy. However, the curtain has mold stains; not so pleasant to shower next to. The towels we got were worn And had holes in it. For the price and ambitions of the hotel, the food we ordered at the bar was mediocre, the room service was bad and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options, but the quality of the food could have been better. In the evenings it takes 5 minutes before the water gets hot.

Won’t be back.
It was clean.The bathroom looks good but it’s not practical. Water everywhere each time you shower. No shower curtain and the actual shower was a hand held small head similar to the one I have at home for rinsing the shower. Now to the pool area. Decking area lifting up. People with children in the pool till quite late. Considering this was also the dinner lounge, not a pleasant dining experience. The huge infinity pool picture on the website was not accurate. Quite small and only four sun loungers. All in all there was nowhere to relax.
