Hotel has potential but not showing currently
There were 2 receptionist girls that knew english and were really helpfull, tried their best. There are cable channels, so you can watch good movies. The rooms are pretty big and generally look good. The hotel has potential but they need to do some renovating, change the breakfast and go to some training.Breakfast was awful, no cereals, sometimes no milk, no oranges, no scrambled eggs, what was called bacon was very strange and like a rubber, basically only some sort of eastern cusine. Most of the staff does not know english. There is no swimming pool, there is no room service like ordering a meal or fruits to your room. Almost every day I had to call reception to bring us toilet paper, it was like someone was taking it while we were out of the room. Also had to call for water because the cleaning ladies did not refresh the bottles. The hotel needs renovating which I think they started when we were there. Generaly I am shocked about the comments people wrote because I would not recomend this hotel to others currently.
