The staff were lovely and friendly, although their English wasn’t great you could tell that they were trying to make your stay as good as possible. The room was also clean and the bedding looked fresh. The shower was very nice.The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and not pleasant to sleep in; we are also pretty sure they were infested with bed bugs due to the amount of bites we woke up with the next morning. The skybar is a great viewing platform but unfortunately there is not much more than that. The bar sold no alcohol that was advertised and the food menu looked, well, unedible.

Location was great.Very less option in breakfast, need to provide more vegetarian options too.

The hotel is well located, only 10 minutes by Grab to the Dragon Bridge. The staff was friendly and helped me when I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast quite good, even if a little bit more of western breakfast food would be great.

Beautiful night view from room. Room is also very comfortable for our family of 4. Breakfast was so so only.The shower pressure was weak. Shower temperature was very difficult to control. Sometimes very hot and sometimes very cold. Midway thru the shower, the water temperature can suddenly change to the extreme.

We stayed in a studio with 2 bedrooms. Unit is big and comfortable. 👍.The shower pressure was very weak and water temperature was difficult to control. Either very hot or very cold. Just when you thought it was under control, suddenly it can turn to very cold or very hot. So, it was very challenging to take a shower.😔
