My family and I booked 3 rooms for 1 night at this hotel. We arrived early in the morning by train, but this was no problem for the staff. We were immediately welcomed with a drink and were able to enter the rooms before the check-in time. The rooms were clean and the beds were very good. The pictures on booking.com give a clear impression of the current state of the hotel. The staff was always friendly and they were very helpful with all our questions and problems. There is also a possibility to book a tour to Hoi An with motorcycles and easyriders in the hotel. I strongly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Amazing staff Jenny and Lynn have been so helpful and kind in everything. They made me feel at home. From check-in explanation to support through email when I need suggestions. Really an added value for this place.Frankly I liked everything.

Very welcoming, great bed, nice room and decoration, very delicious food, great support (scooter/taxi booking), we left our luggage here for almost the full next day, when we returned we got another drink for free, laundry service was also good, very clean room, good and silent aircon, great location directly at the river, would definately go there again.There was brown water from the tab, food was not enough for adults
