Las camas son muy confortables. Y el desayuno muy rico. Te prestan bicis y te ayudan todo.

The staff were professional. The room was big enough. The bed was comfy.- we booked a deluxe room hoping to have a good stay. The room was next to the entry. I could hear everything. They should have mentioned that in the description as we would have booked another one. Plus we paid an extra for an early check in but i think that is fair. - the room was not that clean and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper but that is fine mistakes can happen. - the bikes were super used and not always available and you need the bikes to be able to move around and discover the city. - they over charged us for laundry, where every where in the world they charge per kilo this hotel charged us per item and then they washed everything together which ruined the sensitive wash clothes and discolored all white laundry when i complained they just ignored me. - i read lots of reviews about how good the breakfast is but i think it is not worth waking up for it even the coffee was bad. - i think for the price range we paid we could have had much better options.

Breakfast was good Room was clean Staff was absolutely overwhelming.We had the room in the basement, that room is so noisy and you hear everything! When people go to breakfast or talk to the staff you will definitely hear it!

- The staff were very friendly and helpful. - The place was nice, bright, modern, clean and quiet. - The breakfast was good (a la carte, lots of options to choose from). - Free water in glass bottles in the room.- We arrived quite early in the morning and asked if we could check in early. We were told the room would be ready very soon but it ended up taking several hours which meant we lost half our day in Hue. If we had known, we would have just left our bags and returned later (which would not have been a problem). - It is quite a walk to the town centre. - The hotel arranged a bus transfer to Hoi An for us, which we would not do again. We would recommend either checking which company they book with or make the booking yourself, because we unfortunately did not have a good experience.
