Staff was nice and helpful, room was prepared earlier for us than usual with no extra charge. Room itself was ok.5th floor without elevator was quite a workout especially in this heat. The room-flipflops/sandals were road-dirty, so it made no difference walking in them or in your own shoes. They charged us 15000 vnd for a bottle of water we can't remember drinking but everything else was fine.

The staff was very friendly and included some English speaking students who were very interested in us as tourists. Everything was clean and the room met our expectations. We even got a room upgrade for free. The breakfast was good with a lot of options to choose from, for example Baguette with egg or Cornflakes with yoghurt. The breakfast also included a fresh juice or coffee.The only downside was that our room was located on the fourth floor and there was no elevator in the building. The staff helps with getting the heavy bags upstairs, but still we prefered to go with an elevator especially after a day of walking in the town.
