Excellent service and very nice and helpfull staff. Great location and very food breakfaat.

As a tourist, I look for comfortable safe clean room to overnight. This all was satisfied by choosing this hotel. In addition, on arrival I was offered to get into my room fairly ahead / in advance or regular check in room, which is rather exceptional and was most convenient! Big thanks for this!! Also ( and also substantially and rather exceptionally helpful) - on arrival I was helped to sorting out a tour around all the Hue principal attractions ( and the trip was very good, with very well english speaking tour guide, over and above the standard in Vietnam, it was excellent choice - win situation here). The hotel reception also sorted out my tickets from Hue to Hoi An , and this at the excellent value and for the time most convenient for myself - I admit I would surely not be able to sort this out myself with such an ease and superb value without their help. So, big thanks to the Jade Hotel and their most helpful all the receptionists there!!

Staff were GREAT! Welcome drink & fruit - amazing!!! Breakfast very good! I liked the location - easy to find everything in the city!A little "worn". Safe didn't work. Light beside bed didn't work. Bathroom sink took FOREVER to drain.

Staff!No window in the room

The best staff. EACH person eager to help and please. VERY pleasant people. Example. Ran out of French bread at breakfast. A waitress, sensing my disappointment, ran to at least two bakeries to find some for me, and found a bakery that still had some left for me. Super people intent on helping graciously.Channels available on TV varied by floor. I had to move rooms to get to channel with news in English.
