The cleaning time is really efficient. The building is nice, the location is near everything.The reception and concierge need to improve the English. The spa needs a renovation, the people who made the massage need to be more careful with themselves about higiene.

- The central location allowed us to easily get travel to sightseeing spots and restaurants - The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food - Our room on the 9th floor was quiet.The hotel is advertised as 5-star on Booking.com but is actually a 4-star. The WiFi stopped working 2 or 3 times an hour and wouldn't come back for at least 15 minutes each time.

Nothing.Lock aircondition degree for Vietnamese only, cannot change level, fan was not workable..they did not clean room before we stayed..Have to move our big luggages from parking area to reception desk by ourselves..we know this time is long holidays in Vietnam..but if do not have enough staff to work for full services, should close for long holidays of Vietnam, would be better

The great location and very friendly staff.

The room was well laid out the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Great facilities. Fabulous big pool. The staff were all incredible so friendly, helpful and welcoming, beautiful people. We loved our stay in Hue could have stayed longer.Nothing
