Free upgrade to a Suite on the top floor.

It was perfect from the room to the staff. Especially the breakfast and all the ones served breakfast, they're really kind and helpful.There was a little bit noise from fridge but it's okay.

The room was very clean. The staffs were friendly even though they did not support us for a room without tube as they said. The location was perfect. I may come back here to stay for next trips to Hue.No soundproof, I guest. It was so noisy, and we hardly sleep well during 3 days. Because of Covid, the restaurant was closed so that no many choice for breakfast.

The location is just excellent, just 3 mins walking to the Night street, but still far enough from all the noise. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Just stayed the one night as we had a quick stop over in Hue. Good facilities and nice rooms.
