Exceptional

We stayed in a room with 2 double beds. The room is spacious, super clean and fully equipped. The staff is very nice and friendly. We were totally satisfied with our stay at Serene Palace Hotel.Nothing to dislike it.

Location is perfect and price is worth a penny

Price is worth a penny. Location is perfect, very close to backpacker area and Huong river. There is motorbike rental shop is just door step and opposite the hotel. Rooms are clean and restrooms are big enough. So all are completed package for whom travelling the whole day long.We hope the receptionist can improve her communication skill. The rest is fine and they already upgrade my friend's room. we are thankful for that.

The hotel is nicely situated, with clean and nicely furnished rooms. The staff went above and beyond to help us with booking cars and with information. Good value for money.
