Wonderful clean and tidy room, tasty breakfast and super nice hosts who really care about their guests! Recommend to everybody!

If you stay at this hotel, you will want for nothing throughout your stay. The staff is incredible, and will do anything they can to make you comfortable. When we checked in we were given a map and recommendations on where to go and how to plan out of trip. The breakfast is great and you can order more than one thing if you want. They helped us rent a motorbike for a good price. They helped us book our next bus and didn’t charge a booking fee. And when we were waiting on our bus and had already checked out they offered us food and coffee. I can’t say enough good things about these people. They are so kind and are genuinely interested in helping you have a pleasant stay.

The location was in a quiet street in a busy part of town. The family working there were all super lovely and friendly. We walked to get across the lake on both days and it was only about 20 minutes however there are plenty of taxis parked out front as well. In terms of the area, there are a lot of restaurants and hotels filled with both local and international travellers. The facility is less than a year old so everything is clean and in good condition. We particularly liked the huge window (floor to ceiling) that looked out.

I had a fantastic night at the Four Seasons! The staff is absolutely lovely and very welcoming. As soon as I arrived I was served deliciously ripe mango and watermelon as well as fresh mango juice. They carried my luggage to my room while I was enjoying it and were very ready to answer any of my questions :) The room was big, bright, very clean, the bathroom filled with anything you would need and the bed sooo comfortable! The must was the breakfast, where you could basically ask for anything from pancakes to eggs with any type of hot drink AND a fresh fruit juice or milkshake of your choice. Would go back anytime. Outstanding value for money.A few more strategically placed plugs could have been a plus :)
