The family is very nice and the place is wonderful, you won't find a better place in Hue, the breakfast is great, the room is great and you feel as home with the family there. We arrived earlier and they even gave us some breakfast and allowed us to check-in in advance.

Laura and her family were super welcoming - they let us check in early, provided us with a welcome breakfast (made vegan), as well as organised our Hue day tour. They really looked after us during our short time there.

Our welcome was out of this world, they made you feel comfortable from the first moment you stepped through the door. The room was immaculate, and the bathroom was the best we have had on our tour. We asked for some help at the last minute and the lovely young woman at the hotel was able to ensure our request was met. Getting a much better deal than we could do ourselves. The walking streets were 2 mins away, full of life and restaurants and the river bank 5 mins. We had gone to see the Citadel which was easy walking distance. I could not praise this hotel more highly, for a short stay both The 4 seasons and Hue have made a big impression.If I was being picky, a mirror near a plug to dry my hair and an extra bin would be appreciated But this was not a problem as I had reflections in both windows and TV and we did have a bin in the bathroom.
