Newly built or rebuilt house/rooms, thus looks clean. An attached swimming pool. Free breakfast was a plus, but serving other guest's left-over fruits is not a good idea...at 9pm, the swimming pool was unavailable due to "cleaning", where nobody was doing anything. A very big spider lived in my room, crawling the ceiling all night, that made me sleepless. On booking, I asked for a quiet room, but was given one of the noisiest rooms, 2 rooms of 5 on each floor face to the busy side, where a big local restaurant plays loud music followed by karaoke till 1am every night. I asked to change the room, then the new room on the other side wasn't noisy at all. Then I needed to extended another night, I consulted one of the staff, that time, I checked the room availability on booking.com and 2 rooms were available, but the staff asked me Not to use booking.com, so I didn't book online, then the following day, I was told by another staff that the rooms were full... that was the worst experience during my 1 month stay in vietnam. There were 2 windows but no curtains, instead, half tranparent screens were attached, that blocks morning sun shine by only about 10%, thus very shiny at sun rise. Real thick curtain would be much more comfortable.

The review score is very good. A lot of 10s. Amazing!!!Good that I made two bookings. This is my 2nd review. After I submitted 1st review, this hotel made my stay "NO SHOW", trying to delete my review. This is the worst experience of all my 100+ hotel stays with booking.com. Sometimes I wrote a bad review when it was bad, but no hotels had tried to delete it. Honestly this hotel has many bad aspects as I wrote on my 1st review. So my review should not be deleted just because the hotel doesn't like my review. Anyway, this is the worst hotel experience I have had, more than 100 bookings I have made. Don't trust "10" review scores. That's ridiculous.

Loved the room, the welcome from the staff, the tv had English speaking channels, the breakfast was superior.The weather kept us from using the pool.

Very friendly and helpful owner. A very nice room as well with a comfortable bed, not too much noise either. Gave me some very good local guidance on attractions in the area and some nearby restaurants.
