It was one of my best hotel experiences. The staff was really friendly and fantastic, they gave me great tips for what to do and how to do it, they helped me with ordering bus tickets, they gave great advice for where to eat and where always nice to meet and to ask questions. The room was very clean and great for me who needed a good, quiet hotel to rest. Bed was good. Internet was also generally good. Bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfasts I had were fantastic. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

- Property is new and very clean; my room was on the smaller side (I could have paid a little more for a slightly larger room), but had floor to ceiling windows with tons of light. - Great location, really close to restaurants and nightlife, but down an alley, so very quiet - Family-run hotel and they make you feel like family. “Mimi” (her Western nickname) insisted on going to the train station to buy me a train ticket when I had trouble booking it on the website (then didn’t even flinch when I ended up deciding to fly out of Hue instead of taking the train). - Great and generous included breakfast with fresh-squeezed juice (they actually encourage you to eat as much as you want despite the fact that they charge so little for the rooms; I stayed at other places that charged a LOT more for the room and then nickled-and-dimed you at breakfast—another example of how this hotel makes you feel like family rather than a source of income).Hot water for my shower didn’t last quite as long as I would have liked.

This hotel is absolutely marvelous! All is perfect- room, owners, staff. Very clean, really nice and comfortable room, delicious breakfast. We spent there a Christmas Eve. The owners organised for all guests a Christmas party.Guys, do not choose any different hotel in Hue, only Hue Four Season.
