Amazing!
Just an incredible service. This is my second time at the hotel, and it was noted and the staff new from the moment I walked in when they greeted me by saying my name without I even had the chance to say anything haha. Our room was upgraded as a surprise, such a great room! They even left a note on the table, such a kind gesture and service. They helped us with a private driver to Chua Linh Ung and then Hoi An - Definitely recommend this to everyone, as you can keep the same driver and he literally just wait for you. We had him for about 6-7 hours, and it was a fare and cheap price. The day after we wanted a trip to Ba Na Hills, and that was easily booked as well. We were 4 people, had a private driver that helped us with tickets as well, and then we were off. It took around 45 min to Ba Na Hills, and the lines from 9 AM was very short. I have been there a few times before, so if you come later than 2 PM, there a many people in line for everything. We left around 3 PM, and only had to message our driver, and then he just said that he was waiting for us at the same place as he left us. It was overall a very good experience, and I will highly recommend that you ask the hotel for help if you have any questions. The hotel is near the beach as well! Just a 5 min walk and you're there.
