Exceptional
Excellent staff, especially receptionist, she was very professional, friendly, real credit to the hotel chain. Porter very good also. Great hotel by a nice beach and free transport to Hoi An. Comfortable, clean room. Free bicycles to use. Would defiantly stay again.Rooftop Pool a bit small to use if others using it.

It was quite clean, there is swimming pool with swimming buoys for children and also adults. This hotel is very quite, we did have good sleep. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The receptionist was very helpful. They helped me to order a car for Ba Na Hills tour with a reasonable price.The bathroom is not in a good condition. water just run everywhere on the floor after I took a shower (just in my room, not in the two other room of my family). The breakfast was not very redundant, if you come late, there will be less choice for breakfast. I ordered 3 rooms with queen beds, then we have one queen-beds and 2 single-bed rooms. But after all it was okay. My mom was not very satisfied with the spa in the hotel.
