Newly renovated hotel just off the beach, clean and close to a variety of restaurants. The staff is very helpful and breakfast was delicious. I changed hotels for a night on river and staff even helped with that.

This is my best hotel stay experiences I ever get during my recent Da Nang Hoi An trip. I highly recommended Fansipan hotel for whoever wish to visit Da Nang because their hotel services are truly impressive as following: 1. Their room is clean and big; with a beautiful and mesmerising sea view. I enjoy my time doing some reading and photography at the balcony. We also have a bathtub with wide window facing the blue sky... It is an awesome design for me. 2. Their staffs provided us an impressive 5 stars services especially Mr. Giang. Mr. Giang spoke a very fluent English and assisted me in planning most of my transportation, valentines day, survey the transportation prices and recommendations of some best restaurants in town for us. He even walked us to the nearby bus stop to show us how to take local public bus to Marble Mountain. They sincerely care and friendly. The rest of fansipan staffs are also friendly and able to speak English well (but we need to speak slowly for them to understand). They always greeted us with warm smile and asking us how's our stay. 3. Though Fansipan does not have their own private beach, they are still at walking distance to the public beach across the hotel (less than 5 min). The beach is surprisingly clean and the sand is soft. 4. Love the energy reserved concept for the corridor lights.

The best hotel of the trip! Free upgrade, and the kind staff invited me to have a free breakfast because I was too early arrived in the morning, the room is extremely lovely, not far from the sea, would recommend to everyone and would like to be there again the next time visiting Da Nang.It’s not property’s problem, but there’s not many place such as renting motorbike places opening during the new year time
