Excellent

Nice hotel and helpful staff! Free upgrade to a better room! View is great and luggage room was also nice to have. Breakfast was ok-ish. But good for a 4star hotel and staff was really trying to make it good for us.

The place was good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they take good care of the Guests, and the guest choices, excellent value... Especially the Lady at reception, the Front office manager, Ms Shiril, very professional and courteous.

They gave us a free upgrade and the room was amazing. The staff were great and spoke good English.

Clean room with nice view. Location very near the beach. We stayed for one night which was ok. Room was quite cheap so we were satisfied with what we got. Staff at reception speaks English quite well.We booked a room with a bath but there was only a shower. No chairs on the balkony. Check-out took a while. The menu for breakfast is very unclear and staff was not able to answer our questions. Even with Google Translate the lady could not explain the dishes.
