Large room overlooking the river. Close to restaurants and shops. Excellent staff very helpful would definitely stay again.Laundry cost was expensive compared to other hotels. Water in pool was to warm.

Location, views and swimming pool.Is old and looks that they don't do a continuous and correct maintenance. Is sell like a 4 stars but it is a just 2 stars.

The bed was so comfortable. The pool was great and the staff were amazing.Only a small problem but the coffee. Black coffee only. No milk available. The gym was very small and not very practical

service excellent from all, especially tour guide who advised on and organised boats, car, etc.

This was by far the best staffed and most helpful hotel I've stayed at in almost 40 years of travelling around the world. I forgetfully left my passport in hoi an the day before I arrived here, and it could not be delivered all the way to this hotel in time before my departure, so they wonderfully arranged to send it to a stop 2 days ahead of my travels to make sure it was there before my arrival, and they did all this free of charge. Excellent food and service, others could learn a lot from the people at Century Riverside hotel.Nothing at all
