From the very begining we felt very velcome and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and their english was excellent. The hotel is an old beauty with a lot of charme. Some places a little renovation is needed but the service and kindness of the staff overshadows that fact by fare. Wonderful location with a lovely pool area with free use of towels.We are wondering why the were no staff at the pool area to sell drinks and snacks.

Booked a family room with garden view and was upgraded to a family suite with pool and river view. Nice older hotel located in Hue center. Very helpful staff. Great value for money.Hotel is old and some features needs to be renovated.

Really helpful, friendly and welcoming staff, great value for money and the perfect location to see Hue, including the Old Citadel.

The hotel was fab and in a really good location right in the centre of Hue and close to cool bars and shops. Amazing !The only thing that could be improved is the laundry system. Paying per item meant that our laundry would have costed over £30. Maybe a pay per KG as other hotels do would work in this scenario.

Good location.Family room very small, no door in between the two rooms, bathroom small, a bit run down. Gardenview was offered upon booking but not really nice view because on the margins of the garden.
