Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;

- Child under 5-year old: free of charge.
- Child from 5-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $10\/person\/room\/night.

Cancellation\/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation\/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT
The hotel, so nice, perfectly clean, the rooftop perfect to chill, the capsules so futuristic I love it, exactly like pictures. Clean bathroom, lockers, slippers provide, breakfast with lots of choices, 5min walking distance to the sea. The staff really helpful, smiling, they keep my luggage before checkin and after check out as my plane was at midnight. Was my first time in Vietnam and everything was so awesome that I will go back for sure soon, and will stay again in this hotel. I'm really thankful of my stay. I RECOMMEND absolutely lovely.Everything was perfect

Exceptional
it was much better than what i expected :) The cabin was clean and quite modern ... The receiption seems like working 24h , when i asked something he would be there asap. Thank you the guy as receiptionist helped me to return my passport at another hotel as soon as i called him :).nothing

Exceptional
Staff was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The capsules provide lots of privacy. The capsules lock for privacy and provide futuristic lighting inside. Very cool. The location is ideal since it is close to beach and many restaraunts. I originally booked two nights. But i ended stay over two weeks. Again, the staff was amazing.

Not worth the money
Only the staff and the location.Apart from the wonderful staff of the hotel who helped with every question and the excellent location of the hotel, can't understand how this hotel got such a high rating ?! I have slept in hundreds of hotels throughout my life so I have the perspective to distinguish what is worth the money or not! We were given a room that seemed to have not undergone thorough cleaning in a long time. Remains of hair on the floor in every corner, dust ... Many stains on the bedding. We expected at least the second night to clean the room properly, but again we were disappointed. Apart from arranging the bed and changing the towels, they did nothing. Even the coffee from the night was not cleaned ... The level of cleanliness was particularly poor. It may be that the high score the hotel received because of the capsules, the rooms do not even get such a high score!
