Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;

Cancellation\/Amendment Policy

- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.

- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Excellent
Sleeping space (capsule) was private and clean (the most important things for me), with fresh crisp bedsheets. Location is about 10 mins walk from the beach and about 30ish mins walk to the Dragon bridge. Staff were very nice. Extended my stay a number of times and would stay again.Bathroom (shower, toilet) cleanliness could be improved but this wasn't a dealbreaker for me.

This is an experience one should try at least once. The capsule was cool! The room can only be accessed by key card, so I felt safe. This hotel is in walking distance to the beach and was easy to find.I think that staff should pay closer attention to cleaning. When I pulled my sheet back, the under sheet had a lot of sand and hair. The bathroom was gross! There was mold growing, trash cans full and running over, and dispensers broken.

Excellent Capsule, Poor Bathroom
The capsules are really fantastic and gives you great privacy. I loved the lighting and amenities inside. The outside lockers are secure and protected under a camera. The beds in the room are quite clean and comfortable.The bathrooms need renovation. Big gap in the toilet stalls so people can see you when you are using the toilet. Showers were lukewarm and drains were clogged. Bathroom sinks were dirty.
