On the beach and nice sea breeze.Very old and dated. Fridge in the room didn’t work.

The swimming pool is nice. The staff is friendly and beautiful view.The air con in our room got broken 4 times. They had to change our room once because of the air con one. But then the air con in new room did not work very well. Whenever I called the reception they send people to fix it right away but it keep working and then stopping until the 4th times. Also there was no hot water in our room for the first 2 days we stayed

The villa was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were helpful, even though most of the resort's facilities and services were closed due to COVID. The set menu for dinner was decent value for the quality / amount of food.Shuttle service to and from Hue was not running. We asked before booking the resort and were assured that the shuttle service was up and running daily as advertised. As the resort is on the beach, it costs around 500k VND round trip to get to and from the city. The hotel did not offer or provide any type of compensation for transportation costs. Had we known the shuttle service was unavailable, we would not have stayed at the resort. Simply unacceptable and hard to not feel purposely mislead due to them needing business Resort facilities were rather run down, particularly the entertainment area next to the main restaurant. Pool was closed for most of our stay. Beach access was removed the entire time we were there. Had to jump down from the ~4ft high seawall and climb up after if you wanted to walk on the beach. Not sure if this was because the weather wasn't ideal during our stay (cold and rainy), but denying easy access to the beach at a beachfront resort is at best an extremely poor decision by management. Breakfast was not initially a buffet as advertised - a la carte menu of low quality food with little variety (e.g. Pho that was clearly instant noodles with a few extras thrown in), then the last day a buffet but with the same exact low quality menu items.
