- Great location: close to city center (20 minutes), 50m from room to the beach, many good local restaurants around. - Delicious buffet: Hue food is always on top - Price/Performance: The Best in Hue+DaNang.- The Air conditioner sometimes drips on the sofa and floor (only a few drop but is noticeable) - Lacks entertainment - Since there are many good restaurants around, food from restaurant should be cheaper - A few staffs are not welcoming

The value for money. 5 star treatment for a 3 star price. The staff went an extra marathon to make our stay perfect. We even got flowers and a beautiful decorated room for our 2.5 years anniversary. Besides the great reviews, we also read one or two negative reviews online beforehand, but those people must have stayed somewhere else. One guy who is likely to leave such a review is a guy we saw yelling at the breakfast staff because one minute before closing the breakfast, there were some empty buffet plates. Hopefully nobody ever made a decision based on his opinion. The only thing which made us sad was the fact we had to leave.Nothing!

Big room with comfortable bed and pillows. Beautifully maintained gardens and wonderful pool. Staff friendly. There is a shuttle from hotel to Hue city although we didn't use this time.

A superb hotel - everything we wanted for our getaway trip. It was lovely to have the pool, beach and a nice green area right outside the room. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever stayed in and it was very clean. The staff were extremely polite and helpful and the hotel is well maintained.The spa treatments were very average (especially for the price) and the spa seemed a little musty and old. Also, the masseuse came back into the room whilst we were using the showers to clean up. As the place was empty apart from us, I think she could've waited 5 minutes until we were finished - especially as we were in various states of undress!
