The hotel is nicely located, walking distance to the perfume river and the citadel. The room is spacious and clean, nicely done. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.Karaoke is a big thing in Vietnam - but unfortunately it took place in the hotel, which was very loud! For 4 hours, until 10 pm, it felt a bit like having a room above a club. Not so nice when you feel a bit sick. After complaining, I was reimbursed 50% for that night, which was the least I expected as the previous days there had been karaoke parties in the hotel as well (just that I wasn’t there for the full time so it annoyed me less).

Nice staff, Good Breakfast, Located in city center- 10 min walk to the walking street! 5 min walking from vincom plaza shoping mall. For this price value irbid a 10. we are 2 adults and 2 kids. The bed was 2,5 Meter wide.

We spent two wonderful days in Hue. Beautiful and colourful city. Alba Spa hotel is nice. Everything was perfect. Centrally located. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very polite and helpful staff. This is the more important. They always ready to help and give good advice. Nathing more than that we needed. Thank you so much for the smiles and everything else.
