The rooms are very clean!There was no European coffee. Beds were not so comfortable.

Breakfast was the best we had during our Vietnam trip. Room service was good.Shower wasn't hot, warm water that went cold pretty quickly.

Staff were thoughtful and noted that it was my birthday on day of check in (past midnight). Nonetheless brought me a little treat at next opportunity in the morning (female staff with short bob). Thank you! Most importantly, staff (male with big eyes) really helped to locate my flown away travel towel when it was left out at balcony to dry. Thanks also to the housekeeping staff for your sharp eyes and help climbing out to retrieve it! Though it was a short stay at Alba, overall I liked the hotel and every staff member I was in contact with. Keep it up!A big fleet of vehicles from the same company parked the night before at the opposite hotel (drivers wearing yellow top) which was noisy when departing the next morning. Could hear through closed windows.

The staff were great to with. The spa was reasonably priced. The room was big and also clean.The food was catered to a western taste bud. It wasn’t very authentic.
