The hotel was located bang smack in the middle of the city and watching the traffic going around the round about was fascinating as we were located on the 17th floor we had a great view. Breakfast was vast and you could order you're eggs how you liked. Although breakfast was not included in our booking rate we paid extra it was well worth it. The food around the city was fantastic! Loved eating the local cuisine. The hotel also organised a private tour of for different sights; the imperial citadel, two emperor tombs and the pagoda from a dragon boat on the perfume river and this included lunch. It was absolutely fantastic! Our tour guide was named Ha.

Location and comfortable room.My pet hate is when you are checking out and the person dealing with you starts talking to another guest and stops dealing with you... please dont do this. If find it rude and if youre in a rush its frustrating

This large centrally located hotel is your best bet in Hue. We looked at the other hotels with good recommendations and this one is far superior if you like clean, modern hotels with large rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet, and spa with free use of the jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Incredible view from our room and from the Skybar. Terrific staff as well.Happy hour is only for beer(30 % off) not other drinks. Pool is indoor but it rained during our stay so indoor was better for us.
