The team was excellent. At checkin they were quick, informative and helpful. At the Lotus restaurant, the team demonstrated true customer service which I truly enjoyed. And in the spa, the person was very helpful and friendly. The checkout process was very smooth.The Sky bar lounge was too hot and humid to actually sit and enjoy the view

We stayed in the Vinpearl hotel Hue for three nights. We arrived during midnight. The check in was ok, but there was no further assistence to our room or even the elevators. The other days the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated with great views overlooking Hue. The breakfast had a wide choice of food options of different cuisines and different kind of coffee options (coffee bar). However the hotel is quite big as such it was very busy during the breakfast time, which makes it for vacation purposes not a relaxing moment. The facilities are rather nice, especially the gym and swimming pool (windows can open). However for a five star hotel you may expect some relaxing during the stay at te swimming pool, this is sometimes due to a high attendance of children not possible. The guard at the swimming pool could not handle the peace. Furthermore unless you pay a high amount of deposit per day it costed quite a lot of discussion to get the drinks at the swimming pool charged on the room. Overall a good hotel with nice facilities, but do not expect a five star relaxing experience.
