Very nice hotel with great views and great restaurant!

We booked because it was the only large hotel we were having at VT. We did mostly homestays, and so. The hotel is great, with a pool, sauna, gym, skybar... Nothing we can critizice, not that I remember. Probably not worth the price, tho. Not because of them. It's exactly a top-service hotel, with literally everything, including a great breakfast. But, for that price, in VT... Still, won't say a bad word about them. If looking for hotels, and don't mind the budget, go for it. You'll love it.Being a 30+ floor hotel, there's few elevators. That's how detailed I have to go to fine something that wasn't good in the place. No, they do their job good, and the price is ok... if that's what you are looking for.

Nice room with nice view of the city.The staff could be more friendly and helpful. They paid more attention to the foreigners rather than Vietnamese guests I guess.

View if the city, surrounding mountains and river, breakfast with many varieties and welcoming staff.Nothing major except limited fitness equipments

All the rest, except food in restaurant.Food in restaurant was 100% the same as Vinoasis hotels we visited in Phu Quoc. Menu was limited in choices.
