Great staff
The penthouse room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Spa was very good thank you for the 2 lovely ladies and thanks to all the staff they are very helpful and friendly.The hotel needs improvement. The staff needs more a bit of training very hard to communicate.

Excellent value for money... for now?
Great rooms & views. Amazing staff (Chieu, Ruby, Bell boy). Excellent breakfast. Cleaning staff speedy and effective. Rooftop pool is great. Good gym equipment, a treadmill with a great view and good aircon. Location is north, so it's more quiet, empty beach for yourself at all times of the day and night. Room view on mountain and Buddha. Other rooms with balcony and sea view + fireworks view too! Go eat at Madame Hanh / The end of the beach, 5 min drive north.Go now (2019), by 2020?2021? the two hotels in constructions in each side of this hotel will completely waste the room views. 7am on Sunday, you hear the construction workers. But you should be out enjoying the beach anyways! The designer of the hotel must think he's so smart for painting everything in black: room walls, lobby, corridors... you want light in a holiday, not a feeling of darkness... Location is a bit north, so you travel a bit more everyday.

It was amazing
When I arrived to the hotel the staffs are very polilte and gave me warm welcome. I remember that the GSA name Jessica took care my check in process at first she couldn’t find my reservation anyway she took a bit time to find it and she told me to have afternoon tea at 19th floor before I get in to my room. Also my room was so nice with bath tub and seaview. At last all the staffs are very nice and helpful but I can not tell all the name of them just remember Jessica,Ruby and Carlon(I’m not quite sure to spell the last name) but over all was fantastic.The location is a bit far but it’s not a big problem
