Great service fro extra attentive staff
Staff is outstanding. Whether arranging a tour, calling a taxi, clearing the breakfast plates, it’s all done with meticulous care and boundless smiles.Not much to complain about. Maybe no conditioner among the shower supplies but that’s about it

The staff was very nice, super supportive and always very friendly.We planned to have a beach vacation, and despite the Hotel is located at the beach (you just need to pass the road to get to the beach, and it is usual for all hotels in Da Nang that we’ve seen in My Khe beach) you cannot swim there since there are no beds, no umbrellas, and no guards at the beach. Moreover there are lots of fisherman boats who park at that part of the coast. Another drawback is that there are no restaurants and shops near the hotel, so each time we had to take taxi to the beach and when we wanted to eat something we had to take a taxi as well.

The perfect ending of our 3 week trip!!
Breakfast was amazing and varied! Plenty of choice, especially after already eating Vietnamese breakfast for the past 4 weeks. Nice to experience some other flavors! Rooms were very tidy and spacious. Beautiful ocean view. Furthermore, the infinity pool on the 19th floor had a breathtaking view and was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. We had the pleasure to receive continuous help from Jill! She was very welcoming, friendly and absolutely amazing!! She was an important part of the experience!The gym facilities can be upgraded! More machines and weights would be nice and some yoga mats would be useful.
