In trouble now
Good service quality. Good place. Clean room.If you pay with credit cards, you should be very careful. I'm now having problems with the payment via my Master card. The hotel said they only deducted my payment once. However in my bank statement, I had to pay for this stay twice. Now I have to talk with my bank but I don't know if they can resolve it or not. And the hotel is not very ready to resolve this problem with me. Thee staff insisted that they deducted my payment only one. I asked them to send me an email to confirm that but they haven't done it until now.
