Nhân viên khách sạn cực kì nhiệt tình, dễ thương, chăm sóc khách hàng 1000đ luôn ý, tư vấn cho mình rất nhiều chỗ ăn uống ngon, còn add cả zalo để tiện nhắn tin cơ Phòng sạch sẽ, đồ đều rất mới, bàn làm việc rộng, view hướng sông Hàn, cầu rồng rất rất rất đẹp. Đặc biệt mình được up phòng miễn phí Mình có gọi đồ ăn về phòng, rất ngon lại còn được miễn phí tiếp nè. Gọi bún cá mà tặng kèm cả tráng cây tráng miệng rồi nước chanh nữa cơ. Giặt là khá rẻ, giao rất đúng giờ luôn á Tổng kết là chuyến đi của mình hoàn hảo, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khách sạn khi tới đà nẵng.
