Hotel is very nice and clean. Location is great with 5 mins walking distance to the beach as well as busy surrounding areas with spa, restaurants and other hotels. Swimming pool's view to the beach is also a plus.

Kitchen in my room, shower facilities.The actual street it is on is a bit more chaotic than I would prefer but at least there are plenty of places to go nearby, including the beach!

The location is very ideal - only five minutes walk to the beach. Eateries, convenience stores, street hawkers and massage parlours are right beside and opposite the hotel. It’s also a short walking distance to other lanes which are littered with coffeeshops, restaurants and what-nots. The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Ample lighting and really appreciated the powerful air conditioner for a hot weather in August. I like the balcony as I can see the happenings on the street and gaze at the beach (partial view). The pool is small but provided good view of the beach. The cocktails were great and affordable. The service staff were polite, friendly and helpful.Even though I stayed on the 8th floor, the traffic noise with vehicles honking as early as 6am could be heard from my room and it was way too loud. The housecleaning wasn’t thorough - I could see the bedsheets were not pressed neatly, the sink and shower glass wall were still dirty. The breakfast was terrible - I stayed for three nights and did not enjoy the food at all - either it was tasteless, or overcooked, or salads were warm, or warm food were too cold. The food was not pleasing nor satisfactory. Coffee was sweet with a weird taste. The breakfast staff was unenthusiastic just like the food. The whole environment at the restaurant gave me the impression the kitchen is tired and unfulfilled. Lastly, I requested for ironing service - when the lady came back she kept asking me to pay her in cash despite my request to charge to the room. I didn’t really appreciate the pressing manner she projected upon me.

Good location and walking distance to beach. There were slight different in breakfast varieties daily which is not boring for people who are staying more than 2 days like me ;p Room was spacious.if we could have either sunrise or sunset view would be fabulous..;p
