Fine but expected better for this price
Nice decoration Very good breakfast Restaurant staff was very helpful and caring.the spa was closed and I had not been informed before I asked about booking it. I chose a spa hotel on purpose so really disappointing. Hot water was very unstable - switching from cold to hot constantly very noisy, insulation is not sufficient with the very noisy streets + woken up by noises in the hotel like moving furniture Cleaning could be more thorough

Exceptional
Everything was awesome, the room, super nice, big, well decorated, quiet, great wifi, great AC, super clean, location next to the beach and walking distance from many restaurants, swimming pool etc. But most importantly the staff! Super attentive, caring, available and friendly + giving you tips. I will always come to Sofiana My Khe Hotel when I am in Da Nang for sure!Nothing.
