Good location! It's close to the beach, around 10min walk you can get there, nearby have a lot BBQ restaurant. The room is clean and nice with a balcony.The staff does not speak well English but he is friendly and helpful.

Everything is so clean, new and fresh. It has a nice location which is quite close to the Dragon Bridge and the night market.

Cleanliness and homely atmosphere. Shared kitchen is decent. The place is centrally located so commuting anywhere is not an issue. The host is very warm and welcoming. Shower is very nice. You can also rent bike from there. Highly recommended.It was perfect!

Amazingly nice private room with balcony! The location is great, tucked in a quiet alley near the intersection of the busy tourist street and the busy local street so many delicious foods nearby, whatever you prefer. The room is very spacious, has a couch, chairs on the balcony for chilling and a desk with mirror for working or I guess makeup. The balcony is big and the doors open wide to get a good breeze in the room so the AC rarely gets used. The room is on the top floor and doesn't share a wall with the other rooms so nice and private/quiet. Really an amazing value. The hosts are very kind. Laundry is cheap only 15k/kg.
