Fabulous hotel with outstanding service
I was on the business trip and booked the hotel for one-night stay. Hotel location is easily accessible to the beach as well as the market. The process of check in is quick and smooth. Shout out to front desk team, especially Trung, for their diligence and kindly hospitality. I was complimentarily upgraded to the room with the king-size bed along with the nice beach view. Breakfast is included with the room package and it is a truly great bargain. You can have breakfast from early money until 10 am, which I may not recall correctly. The food is tasty and decorated with catchy style. Moreover, if you are new to the place, do not hesitate to ask recommendations from the concierge or front desk agents. They are knowledgeable and know the right place to meet your standard as well as your needs. Checking out is at noon so it is perfect timing for me to catch fly in the afternoon. Will definitely return back to the Santa Luxury hotel when I travel to Da Nang again!
