Khách sạn mới, nội thất mới, vị trí gần bãi biển.Khách sạn tuy mới nhưng nhân viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp trong nghiệp vụ. Khi trả phòng, nhận viên kiểm tra phòng có nói bị thiếu khăn tay. Mình đã khẳng định là không lấy mà nhân viên vẫn phạt bọn mình 80N tiền làm mất khăn. Các bạn có check với nhân viên ko? Nhân viên các bạn có quên cho khăn vào ko? Bọn mình ko vì 1 cái khăn tay nhỏ xíu vậy mà bị mang tiếng là Robber đâu.
