I will not look for another hotel during my next trip! this is the place where I will stay again!
Hotel location is perfect. Close to the sea, restaurants, city center and airport :) Facilities are excellent, rooftop swimming pool, trees and view is outstanding! Personnel are superb and ready to help and guide you all the time! Enjoyed the breakfast! restaurant prices was also very affordable! Wi-fi was working even outside of the hotel! Welcome fruits and drinks was outstanding! Another thing I liked a lot was that I can see hotel from different locations while walking outside thus it was easy to navigate without using navigation apps :).

great room, even greater staff :)
everything went well! room was comfortable and the view of the ocean and the sunrise was stunning. the 360 view at the rooftop pool and bar was really nice too. the staff are very friendly and helpful, in particular thuy, the client relations team leader, who went out of her way to help me with a lost wallet (that happened outside the hotel)! very grateful for the stay and an overall great experience.nothing! everything was great

Lovely smiley staff, great location and comfy beds!
Beds were very comfy, staff were exceptionally and smiley and always greeted us cheerfully which really makes a difference to your stay. Breakfast buffet was great!!! Pool is stunning! Fab location if you have a motorbike. Guard in the basement was very helpful every time we parked.There was lots of people playing their own music over the bar music by the pool area, staff should ask them to turn it off or go elsewhere if they want to listen to their own songs which are not to everyone's taste. The room gets very hot as it has such a large window, perhaps in these rooms there should be a way air con can stay on when we leave the room. Bed wasn't made up on one of the days.
