This was a very nice experience. The host, Hanh, is very helpful and super friendly. This makes this stay so special. The traditional Vietnamese breakfast was just amazing. This was definitely one of the highlights. She would also prepare something else for breakfast if you wanted. There were also bicycles available for use. We found out, that there are probably not staying a lot of tourist in the citadel itself because there are a lot of hotels once you cross the bridge out of the old-town. We really liked to stay there because people were very friendly and always greeted us. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay by Hanh a lot. Hanh is so friendly, prepared very delicious vietnamese breakfast and gave us helpful advices what to do or where to go in Hue. Very good value for the money, we can highly recommend Kota‘s House Homestay.Nothing, all was good.

From the first minute to the last everything was perfect. Hanh is very kind and friendly, she offered her support regarding sights and transportation. So I managed to look around in Hue with her bicycle and got to the airport by taxi that she ordered. Besides the apartment was great, such as the breakfast. Her place is clean and tidy, I also managed to do my laundry with her help. Last but not least I forgot my jacket at her apartment while I was leaving to the airport. She noticed that and called me without any delay. Unfortunately I could not go back anymore due to my departure time but she managed to bring the jacket for me before I needed to check-in. It was such a great help, unbelievable. :) Her place and she as a host is highly recommended!!!Nothing, everything was great. :) If I go next time to Hue, I will stay at Hanh`s apartment again.

We had a great time in Hué and felt good in the house. Our host was absolutely adorable, very helpful. Her house is very clean and tidy. You can find almost everything you need. The washing machine, the 2 bathrooms (+ outside bathrooms) are very good. The beds are very good too. As far as we were concerned, it was great for us because it was quiet, we had enough rooms for everybody and did not feel we would disturb other people (there was only us in the house). We booked taxis online to go wherever we needed though there are quite a few things within walking distance. It's just that we have 3 small children so it's easier to hop in a taxi. Just remember that you need to pay the host cash since it is not a hotel but her house she rents.Honestly, I can't think of anything. It is a very well-maintained Vietnamese house with a lot of equipment you often don't find in Vietnamese homes (especially washing machine and microwave). We would have needed a corkscrew ;-) but we managed without it (French people drink wine... what can I say ;-)).

Ms Hanh is an extremely kind person (so is her husband). She will do her utmost best to make U feel comfortable. She can also arrange and advise on any activity U may want to do in and around Hue. We would return to Kota's House anytime.
