Exceptional
Hanh & Son are the loviest and most helpful hosts, I‘ve ever had in a homestay. She booked tickets, prepared really delicious breakfasts and even surprised with regional food and drinks, when I returned from town in the evenings. Son organized a very special trip to DMZ. My room was perfect and clean.

Great weekend
The room family room is quiet, clean, pretty, and comfortable. On the evening and on the morning, chilling on the balcony is enjoyable (even if the view is not great, it's not bad, and I still enjoyed time on it). The owner is friendly and helpful. And last but not the least, this guest house is close to the citadelle. Easy walk or ride a bicycle =) I recommend Kota's House Homestay.Nothing, it was great =)

Beautiful place and welcoming hostess
Everything. Behaviour of the host family , location and the room. Very peaceful atmosphere also greenery around. Food , drink Everything available nearby. They have a market at just around 500 metres. Everything was perfect. I special thank her for confirming my booking at the last moment:)I highly recommend this homestay to every tourist.Nothing. Wish could stay more.
