Huge property with three blocks, but old style interiors. Staffs were very helping & friendly, rooms and lobby are clean, river view in block B is ok compared to block A. Restaurant, bar, lobby everywhere we can see the river. Breakfast was good with more choices. Location is very good for the tourists.

.Staff were very frustrating. When I made booking offered to book train tickets for us but when we arrived we were told that we had to do it ourselves. When I checked out a massage had not been paid for. Advised staff it needed to be paid. Was then advised I couldn't pay it at reception although massage place allowed me to charge it to room. Then went to pay at massage place & someone from reception then said I could pay it at reception! Also disappointing that swimming pool was not available even though we could use one next door. Was also worst coffee we have had in Vietnam. Very disappointing.

Everything, fantastic staff and facilities.Expected more night activities in the Perfume river, no fault of hotel though.
