This gem of a hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were great. The common area right by the river is beautiful and romantic. The location is great being down a small alley it is removed from the noise but just a short walk to all the restaurants and stores. To top it off the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They don't stop at anything to make your stay the best it can be. They make an excellent breakfast, all you could eat made to order. On arrival they gave us a plate of fresh fruit and whenever we came back in the afternoon or evening they gave us a delicious snack to recharge after a long day. We were expecting a nice stay but it was probably our favorite hotel we stayed at in Vietnam.This is not something the hotel can really control but the river in front has a bit of garbage in it which is not great.

Breakfast good. Quiet location. Excellent value for money. Wonderful hosts.You do kind of get what you pay for as in a very small room and bath. No extra pillows.

Loved the location, it’s quiet and intimate atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The property is postcard picturesque and with only 5 villas on site it maintains a level of peace and tranquility that larger sites can’t offer. We found this place amazing and our only regret is that we hadn’t booked for longer.
