Very friendly staff, cheap laundry, free bottle of wine, banana pancakes for breakfast were lovely :).Room was small but manageable .

Breakfast was tasty, easy car pick up from airport with an extra cost, fruit and water on arrival and host gave us a map of the area and told us the best places to visit.

The setting beside the river is beautiful. Local guides who come to pick up tourists remark on how wonderful it is. Beautiful food and very friendly staff.

The best place we have ever stayed! Staff could not have done more for us to make stay special. They are so attentive and intuitive to your needs. Fabulous breakfast every morning on the beautiful terrace, also great place to relax after a days sightseeing (thanks to the great tips on what to see, they also organised a tour for us of the tombs) Best shower ever, lovely bungalow room with own porch, and Comfy duvets changed every day. Delicious snacks provided every day in room too. Overall we loved it and can’t wait to return.Absolutely nothing! It was perfect.

Can’t say enough about this place. I too would give more than a 6. It was such a beautiful setting along the river and a lovely courtyard to sit and enjoy a delicious breakfast. No limit to how many items you wanted. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was the little things that put it over the top. A snack every day. Saying hello and goodbye to us each day as we went out and came back. Complimentary small glass travel water bottles. A bottle of wine (we stayed 3 nights). Suggesting a great tour. Providing a bug zapper racquet upon requesting to use for the occasional mosquitos in the room. Breakfast is usually 8-10 am but we asked if we could place our order the night before so that we could have it at 6:30 am because we were being picked up at 7 am to head to the airport in Danang. They of course said yes. So nice to not have to worry about finding something to eat. So kind of them It rained the entire time we were in Hue and my only regret is that I didn’t get to sit outside and enjoy the courtyard more. So inviting and beautiful with the lights, flowers, pond and decorations. We stayed at a place in Hoi An and this hands down was the best experience and place lodging wise.More.No complaints
