The pool was a lovely place to hang out and was very cute.The room features were aged. The blinds we're dusty we dared not touch them. The wardrobe was old and falling apart. The mirror had a gangster lean + didn't stand upright. The "bathtub" leaked through the wall to the floor, it was absolutely a shower disguised as a bathtub. Everything was dusty/dirty. We tried not to touch much.

We really liked the very spacious room with two double beds and loads of room for our son to play. It was great having a decent sized room and the location is fabulous for everything: restaurants, the citadel and the river. We also really liked how quiet it is, considering how central it is. Breakfast was good.The pool was rather warm: it basks in the sun all day.

Good location, good value for money.We were booked a bus “directly from the hotel to our next hotel in hoi an”. The bus was an awful, dangerous sleeper coach and we were left at the side of a road,20 mins from our next hotel in a monsoon. Beware!!!

Location right in the middle of town, close to restaurants, bars and shopping but still very quiet. Nice drink upon arrival. Pool is a real extra after a long day of imperial sightseeing. Good beds, clean rooms. Breakfast cooked to order, you can choose two dishes (eg poached eggs and banana pancake) but a bit simple compared to other hotels. (What you pay is what you get) Rooms on second floor have balcony area.The poolarea is a bit tired (broken daybed, discoulored pool). Pooltowels are provided but are worn (although freshly washed) first floor rooms have no view .

Location is great. Just in the inner streets of the touristic city center. You can sleep very well just in silence. Is very difficult in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, They even change us money over there on the front desk The pool was clean and always with towels provided for the hotel Really clean room and confortable bed. Breakfast really tasty and serving several options.
