Very Poor
Hotel well located in Hue city center.The service is very poor. We understand that 2 years of covid could impact the place but the staff is not even friendly/helpful. We had to ask many times to have very basic stuff (Wifi not working, no chairs at the poll, dirty water, no towels, no electricity in the room...) and they did not care at all. Too bad...

Perfect hotel with a great swimming pool.
Very good place with a very handy location in the centre of Hue but just down a back street so no noise if you want to sleep. The pool is just perfect after a long trip and the the staff were very helpful. I have stayed here a few times over the years during my trips in Vietnam and it is just lovely.Can't think of anything.
