In backpacker area so things can get pricey (from a Vietnamese standpoint), but also fun. I reserved for my family and they said everything was fantastic. I specifically looked at the photos to verify that they had proper showers with doors, which they do. Dong Bai market is where you can get really cheap stuff; had some suits done for me in Hue and this is where I came (better bargain than backpacker area). Great customer service when it came to coordinating a reservation for my family.Can't say, didn't stay there myself. Reserved for my family but they had no complaints.

We would come here again.

Excellent hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. Such lovely people. Well positioned for seeing all of the sights. Would really recommend staying there.

Staff were amazing,informative and always on hand. Rooms were spotless and the beds so comfortable. Location was right in the centre. Can see why it’s won travellers choice!
