We appreciate most the kind attitude and professionalism of the hotel staff as well the green policy of the hotel management. The hotel is close to many restarurants and attractions, but in the same time on a quiet street, so your rest during the night is guaranteed. Our transportation from Hue to Hoi Ann was arranged by the hotel on a reasonable price.

I really can’t fault this hotel, the service is exceptional. Each day the towels were folded in different interesting ways, there were complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and fruit all day, and an amazing breakfast with 55 items on the à la cart menu, inviting you to have as much as you want (and can). All this for £17 per night is great value. They also have a strong commitment to eco issues.

Staff so friendly! Breakfast was very nice, although you may have a problem if you don't like eggs. We were able to organise bicycles to hire and our journey on to Hoi An with Troung which I'd highly recommend as he was a great driver. This should be way higher than 2 stars!Shower/bath seemingly used to be a wet room, so drainage a bit slow. - but this had no impact on us.
